Community Nurses

The District Nurses work from offices off Silverthone Rd. Their telephone number is  0333 300 0950.

They offer nursing care to housebound people and work alongside the community matron, the community ward GPs, the intermediate care team and the Trinity Hospice palliative care team.

Health Visitors

The Health Visitors work from Bridge Lane Health Centre. Their telephone number is 0330 058 1679, press 2 for Wandsworth.

They offer practical support where needed for families with children up to five years old, and offer routine developmental checks by appointment.

We are proud to host a wide range of additional members of the Practice Team who can provide more help and support to people. This can often complement the support that can be given by our GPs and Practice Nurses.


 Psychological Therapists - Talk Wandsworth

The service is within GP practices in Wandsworth for people suffering from common mental health problems. The team provides various form of support up to individual psychological therapies for 12 sessions for anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders and relationship difficulties.

If you come to your GP with problems that can be helped by this service you can be referred to them. You can also refer yourself by ringing 0203 513 6264. They have a website, Talk Wandsworth, do have a look as you can also refer yourself online from the site.

Addiction Counsellor

We have a weekly clinic, working closely with Dr Henrietta Brook, to help patients with problems of alcohol and drugs. They can work to reduce harms from street drugs and alcohol, provide substitute opiates on prescription and can also help people who want to cut down their use of addictive substances.<
