We’re really glad you’re thinking of joining our practice. We want to make signing up easy and welcoming.
It usually takes a day or two to finish your registration. If you need to speak to a doctor sooner, please call us or come in – we’ll try our best to help.
If we can’t help right away, you can also call NHS111 for advice.
Once you’re registered, the easiest way to ask for medical help is by using our online form. If you find that tricky, don’t worry – you can call us or come in to speak to someone.

Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- fill out an online registration form
- visit reception from 10am to 6pm and collect a paper registration form
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
Overseas Visitors
Those who visit the UK from overseas must pay for their care when they are in England.
Changes were made to how the NHS charges overseas visitors for healthcare so the NHS does not lose out on income for the services these patients have received.
