Practice Management

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Nargis Khan

Nargis is our practice manager. She is responsible for the smooth running of the practice behind the scenes. She is in charge of personnel and manages the surgery building. She is the first port of call for any concerns or complaints about the practice, for which we have the standard in-house complaints procedure. She also services our patient participation group and is keen to hear your ideas.

The receptionists answer the telephone, help you at the reception desk and perform many administrative tasks dealing with registrations, records, forms, letters and prescriptions. They are very busy on the telephone in the first part of the morning, so you may need to be a little patient till your turn comes.

Joanna is one of senior receptionists.

Victoria Morris (f)

Victoria, aka Vicky, one our Senior receptionists, is now a trained phlebotomist, so she can take blood. She organises the appointments for people taking medication that requires regular blood monitoring. She also assists at coil fittings and minor surgery.
