Connected Health Providers in South East London

Soon, we will be granted access to the computerised medical records of our patients who get services in Lambeth and Southwark, mainly Guys and St Thomas' Hospitals. Those providers in South East London will also be able to see selected parts of your GP record, to streamline your care with them.

Connected Health Providers in Wandsworth

Shortly, the various hospitals and community health providers including out of hours GPs in Wandsworth are going to be granted read only access to your GP medical record when they are seeing you, so that your treatment can be appropriate and streamlined. We can already see your records on the St George's Hospital IT system.

Dr Gray Retirement

Dr Jeremy Gray has now formally retired from the practice. We thank him for his service to patients and the Wandsworth medical community over many years.

Our local CCG has issued restrictions on what drugs we can prescribe. These are all things you can buy over the counter instead.

We cannot now prescribe: antihistamines and nasal sprays for Hay Fever, Dental products, vitamins and minerals (with some exceptions), cough mixtures, infant colic preparations, heamorrhoid products and antifungal nail paint!


You can ring from 8 am for an urgent same day consultation. As the winter gets busier please ring before 10 am so that we can arrange to see you the same morning. It is much more difficult to fit you in if you ring late in the morning.
