e-Referrals

Choose and booke-Referral is the electronic booking service that we use for making most NHS hospital appointments.

Your doctor will help you decide where you want to be seen and then book your appointment online.

You may be given a choice of clinics and be asked to ring the hospital booking lines or make your own appointment online. You will be given a booking reference number and password.

If you have your booking reference and password and want to log in directly, go to: e-Referral Login >

If you might have cancer, your doctor will arrange a 2 week wait appointment, so that investigations can start quickly.

You should get an appointment at a hospital to be seen within 2 weeks and a leaflet explaining that most people sent up in this way, do not in fact have cancer. The point is to find those that do and treat them promptly.
